LOCATION: The village of Bikovo is located in South-East Bulgaria and it is part of Sliven Municipality, Sliven District. The mountain place, known as Karandila, is situated to the northeast of Sliven, among century-old forests. It is part of the Natural Park of Sinite Kamani. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: We offer you a massive, one-storey, brick-built (the north wall is a stone one) house, constructed about 1 metre above the ground level. The accommodation has 75 sq. m. living area and comprises а large room, two smaller ones and a corridor. Some stairs lead to a spacious veranda. There is an outside toilet but there isn't a bathroom. A dry-stone wall surrounds the property and it is accessed by asphalted road. The running water and electricity were connected inside. There is a septic tank. As a whole, the house is in good repair and needs renovating a bit. You can rely on our team of professional builders for that purpose.
GARDEN: The yard extends to 1000 sq. m. It is well maintained. Some fruit trees, trellis vines, and lots of vegetables were planted. A well meets irrigation needs. There is a water fountain and a tool shed.
