LOCATION: The village of Sartsevo is located in South-East Bulgaria and it is part of Tvarditsa Municipality, which is the furthest west point of Sliven District. The name of the village is derived from the word sartse, which means heart in English. Maybe it was named after the big hearts of its inhabitants or it got its name because of the area's beauty where it is situated. The Zhrebchevo Artificial Lake, which offers opportunities of camping, sunbathing and fishing, is nearby. It is located in the place, known as Medzherlika, in the foothills of the Sredna Gora Mountain. A sports and tourist complex was built near the dam lake. It has a hotel, some bungalows, a restaurant and a bar. There are two tennis courts, two swimming pools, one of which is children's, and small-size football and basketball grounds. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a snug, brick-built and one-storey house, kept in good order. Its living area is 60 sq. m. The dwelling has a glazed entrance hall, two rooms and a corridor. In the rear of the house there is an annexe, used as a storeroom. There is not a bathroom and the toilet, provided with a septic tank, is outside the house. The electricity and running water were connnected in the house. A wire fence surrounds the house and its garden. A cobbled road goes past the estate.
