The distance from the village of Sartsevo to the town of SLIVEN is only 30 km and just 19km from the town of Tvarditsa. The village is very well developed - provides all the necessary amenities - a medical and a mobile service, a post office, shops, cafes, and a regular transport available to the town of Tvarditsa.
The village is located in Tvarditsa Municipality, in Sliven region.
The sub-Balkan railroad Sofia - Bourgas, which secures the main connection with the capital city, sub-Balkan cities, Bourgas and the sea resorts passes through Tvarditsa Municipality. The following roads traverse Tvarditsa Municipality: road 1-6 Sofia - Bourgas, road 111-662 Nova Zagora - Bania - Tvarditsa - the most direct connection between North and South Bulgaria; road 111-5007 Gourkovo - Konare - Tvarditsa; road IV-53034 Biala Palanka - Choumerna railway station. The national and local road network among the towns and villages in the Municipality is in good condition and secures convenient transport connections between all towns and villages and the municipal center. All towns and villages, holiday homes, chalets, industrial and business sites have electric power supply. The communication network is operated and maintained from the technological center in Tvarditsa town. All towns and villages have telephone connections. There are no digital telephone exchanges in the municipality yet. The cell phone operators provide 100% coverage of the municipal territory. The Internet access is provided by the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (BTC). There are several clubs for public Internet access in Tvarditsa and Shivachevo cities. Tvarditsa Municipality has satisfactory water supply provided by local water sources. All towns and villages have water supply networks. The sewerage system is partially built in Tvarditsa town. There is no waste water treatment plant
The municipal territory has good environmental characteristic, favorable soil, microclimatic and sanitary-hygienic conditions. There is a significant potential for the development of tourism as structure forming branch. The favorable location of the town, beautiful nature, hospitality of the people determines the growing interest in the development of mountain, holiday, hunting, cultural and ski tourism. Eco-tourism development is a niche in that field. A project for the development of Bulgarian eco-tourism has been drafted. Infrastructure has been built and accommodation is available in different establishments like: Olympic Hotel in Tvarditsa town, Gerov private hotel, Choumerna Chalet with 80 beds, Boukovets, Gorski Dom and Haidoushka Pessen chalets. A towing lift, 667 m. long and with 400 people/hour capacity and a 1,000 m long ski slope were built under Choumerna peak (1536 m.).
