LOCATION:Village of Bliznets is located in South-East Bulgaria.It is icluded in Minicipality Tvarditsa (Sliven District). The village is 20km from the regional center city of Sliven. The Tvarditsa Minicipality is situated in the westernmost part of the District of Sliven. It encompasses the southern slopes of the Elena-Tvarditsa Part of the Balkan, the hills of Mezhdenik( in the Sredna Gora Mountain), a part of the Valley of the Tundzha River and a part of the Zhrebchevo Dam. The Minicipality's central part is occupaied by the Tvarditsa and Shivachevo Hollow Field. It borders the follow Minicipalities: Sliven to the east, Nova Zagora to the south, Gourkovo to the west and Elena to the north. The geografhical location of the Tvarditsa Minicipality together with the sub-Balkan transport corridor – a railway and a highway Sofia- Karlovo-Bourgas, which passes through the Minicipality, favours the developement of the transport and economic connections not only with the neighboring Minicipalities, but also with the districts all over Bulgaria.
