PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is kept clean and tidy, a two-storey, brick-built house with cosy and lit by the sun rooms. The accommodation has 110 sq.m. living area. Water and electricity were laid on inside. Next to the house there is an outbuilding comprising of a summer kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. A wire fence encloses the house and its garden, and a dirt road goes past them. As a whole, the property is in good condition and needs renovating a bit. With the help of our professional builders it will turn into a modern home.
FIRST FLOOR: Downstairs has three large rooms, and a basement below.
SECOND FLOOR: External stairs lead to the upper floor where three spacious rooms and a terrace with a lovely view of the mountains are located.
GARDEN: The trim yard is 5000 sq.m. There are several farm buildings and a garden sink with a tap. About hundred fruit trees and lots of vegetables are grown. In front of the house there is a flower garden. The huge yard looks like a private park.
