LOCATION: The picturesque village of Jeravna is situated in the Eastern Balkan Mountains and is part of Kotel Municipality, Sliven District. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: We offer you an one-storey, brick-built house, kept clean and tidy. It is situated at the end of the village and has a lovely view of the mountains. The living area of the accommodation is 90 sq. m. There are two rooms, one of which has a fireplace, and a bathroom with a toilet. Electricity, water and telephone were connected inside. A dry-stone wall surrounds the property and a cobbled street leads to it. As a whole, the house is in good condition and needs little renovation. You can rely on our professional builders for any construction work or repairs.
GARDEN: The yard is 1100 sq. m. There is a garage, garden shed and some farm buildings. A wallnut tree, around ten fruit trees, some trellis vines and vegetables, and lots of flowers were planted.
