LOCATION: The picturesque village of Jeravna is situated in the Eastern Balkan Mountains and is part of Kotel Municipality, Sliven District. It is a world-famous architectural reserve of immense historical value. The region and Jeravna itself gave birth to many great Bulgarians. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a two-storey, Revival-style house with stone lower part and brick upper construction. The accommodation has 240 sq. m. living area. It can be used either as a guest house or a holiday home, where you and your close friends can spend your leisure time and holidays in Bulgaria. The house is in good condition. It offers authentic atmosphere and complete rest from stressful life in noisy cities. A tavern with a beer garden also belongs to the property. Inside, the tavern has a large fireplace and the walls were panelled in wood. Electricity, water, sewage and telephone were connected in the house. The property is surrounded by a solid, stone wall and a cobbled street leads to it and the neighbouring ones.
FIRST FLOOR: There are two rooms, a hallway, and a cellar below.
SECOND FLOOR: There are four rooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a balcony.
