LOCATION: The picturesque village of Jeravna is situated in the Eastern Balkan Mountains and is part of Kotel Municipality, Sliven District. It is a world-famous architectural reserve of immense historical value. The region and Jeravna itself gave birth to many great Bulgarians. The village has preserved over 200 wooden houses, built before and during the Bulgarian Revival. Some of them are older than the USA. The village has been inhabited since the distant past. It was a Roman province and the Thracian were its first inhabitants. The remains of a fortress on the nearby Summit of Vida are from Roman times. The Ethnological Museum in Jeravna keeps an interesting coin collection, which reveals many facts from the history of the region. The village is an excellent place for rural tourism. It is difficult all the opportunities of leisure activities to be listed. You can go hiking, fishing, horse-back riding or exploring the past. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: We offer you a two-storey house with stone foundations and wooden upper part. It is within sight of the mountains and Jeravna. The accommodation has 200 sq.m. living area. Running water and electricity were connected inside. The toilet with a cesspit is located outdoors. The house needs some renovations but with the help of our competent builders it will turn into a modern one. Near the house there is another brick building including one big room that is proper for living. The property is enclosed by a dry-stone wall. A cobbled street leads to it.
FIRST FLOOR: There are three rooms downstairs.
SECOND FLOOR: Outdoor stairs lead to the upper floor where three roooms are situated.
GARDEN: The area of the yard is 1000 sq.m. There is a well that can be used for irrigation and a garden sink with a tap. Some vines were planted in front of the house.
The village of Jeravna has all local amenities such as a medical centre, a post office, a mobile network, regular bus transport to near towns and villages, shops, restaurants and cafes. It is approachable during all the seasons.
