PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a well-preserved, two-storey, brick-built house, which is typical of the Bulgarian countryside. The accommodation has 80 sq. m. living area and is situated near the centre of the village. There is an outside toilet with a septic tank but there isn't a bathroom. Running water and electricity were connected inside. Next to the house there is an outbuilding with a fireplace, used as a summer kitchen. The backyard can be used as a drive. A wall encloses the property. An asphalted road goes past it.
FIRST FLOOR: There is one spacious room, and a cellar below it.
SECOND FLOOR: External stairs lead to the second floor that consists of four sunny rooms and an incomplete room suitable for a bathroom.
GARDEN: The yard is 2500 sq.m. It has not been cultivated recently, but there are a number of fruit trees. A well meets irrigation needs so you can grow a lot of plants.
The village of Izgrev has all local amenities such as a medical centre, a post office, a mobile network, regular bus transport to near towns and villages, grocery shops and several cafes.
