The hotel was opened in 2011, and in 2012 the hotel was full. All documents are in order, the land is bought and owned, admission for use # 16 is received, the property is framed by the Bulgarian legal entity (parent company - Russian). The hotel is located 200 meters from the beach, 300 meters from Aqua Park and only 50 m from the center of Ravda.
