"Evksinograd" Palace is located on the north side of the Sea Garden of Varna, on a small ledge. It was built as a summer residence for Prince Alexander I Batenberg in 1881-1885.
One of the most beautiful sight of Evksinograd is its Park. It covers about 550 hectares of the total residence plot area 800 hectares. In the beginning, the whole territory of the locality to Cape Chataltash was surrounded by a 3-metre stone wall with a total length of 3 km.
