PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a well-kept, two-storey, brick house with a large basement area. The accommodation has 120 sq. m. living area, and is with water, electricity and telephone supply. There is a septic tank. In the extension to the master house a summer kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, a boiler and a shower unit, and a small changing room with a wash basin are situated. The outside walls of the house weren't rendered and the attic floor is partly incomplete. An asphalted road leads to the property, surrounded by a wall.
