LOCATION: The village of Ichera is situated in South-East Bulgaria and it is part of Kotel Municipality, Sliven District. It is nestled among the hills of the Balkan Mountains. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: A cosy, one-storey, brick cottage, situated in the green outskirts of the village, is our offer. The outside walls of the house weren't rendered. The accommodation has 36 sq. m. living space and consists of two rooms and a small area which can be tiled and equipped with sanitary fittings. Water and electricity were connected inside. There is an outside toilet with a cesspit. A fulling mill, a place near a river or stream where thick woollen cloth is washed, also belongs to the property. The fulling mill is a massive, stone building, comprising one large room with a fireplace. Its area is 100 sq. m. A dirt road leads to the property, enclosed by a wire fence.
GARDEN: The garden spreads to 2100 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated recently but some fruit trees and trellis vines were planted. The land of the garden is not in regulation.
The village of Ichera has all local amenities such as a medical centre, a mobile network, a post office, regular bus transport to near towns and villages, shops and cafes.
