LOCATION: The village of Chokoba is located in South-East Bulgaria and it is part of Sliven Municipality, Sliven District. The regional city of Sliven is situated in South-East Bulgaria, at the foot of the Eastern Balkan Mountains. The nature united the mountain with the field to form the surroundings of Sliven. The rocky massif of Sinite Kamani (Blue Stones), which is also known as Karandila, is in the northeast of Sliven. One can climb up there on foot or by chair-lift. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a massive, one-storey, brick-built rural house, which wasn't plastered outside. It was constructed above the ground level. Its living space is 90 sq. m. The accommodation comprises a large, glazed terrace, a spacious lounge, two bedrooms, an inside toilet and a coridor. The toilet is big enough to be converted into a shower room. There is an annexe to the house, which is also suitable for living. It has a bedroom, a kitchenette, a larder and a corridor. The bathroom is outside, next to the annexe. There are a few farm buildings at the rear of the house. One of them is stable and stone-built. The telephone, running water and electricity were connected in the house. There is a septic tank. Two asphalted roads go past two of the sides of the property. As a whole, the house is in good order and needs slight renovation. You can rely on our team of competent builders for that purpose.
GARDEN: The yard is 3200 sq. m. in area. It is well maintained. Some fruit trees, trellis vines, vegetables and other crops were planted. A well meets irrigation needs. There is a summer house.
The lovely village of Chokoba is supplied with all main amenities such as a medical centre, a mobile network, à post office, regular bus transport to nearby towns and villages, shops and cafes.
