PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: An one-storey, brick-built cottage is our offer. The outside walls of the house were rendered. The place where it is situated has a wonderful view of the mountains – real eye relaxation. The living space of the accommodation is 60 sq. m. It includes a kitchen, a dining room, a corridor and a shower room. An annexe, used as a larder, is attached to the back of the house. A door inside the house leads into it. Running water, electricity, telephone and sewage were provided in the house. A cobbled road goes past the estate. Although the house is small it offers all necessary conveniences. As a whole, it is in good order and needs little renovation. Our firm has a team of professional builders, who you can rely on for any repairs.
GARDEN: The area of the yard is 600 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated recently but some fruit trees, trellis vines and vegetables were planted. There is a garage.
The village of Ichera has all local amenities such as a medical centre, a mobile network, a post office, regular bus transport to near towns and villages, shops and cafes.
