LOCATION: The village of Gradets is the biggest one in South-East Bulgaria and it is part of Kotel Municipality, Sliven District. It is situated in the Luda Kamchiya Valley, enclosed by the Eastern Balkan Mountains in the southwest. This part of the Balkan Mountains is called Stidovo. The closest towns and villages are Kotel, Medven, Zheravna, Katunishte, Neykovo and Ichera. The architecture of Gradets bears the mark of the unique Bulgarian Revival style. The old wooden houses and idyllic cobbled streets form a kind of an open-air museum, preserved a number of architectural masterpieces. The uplands, ridges, and mysterious silhouettes of the Stidovska Mountain inspire the romance of the old times. People say legends about glorious medieval battles and buried outlaw treasures. The wall remains of a Roman citadel are still here, situated in the most strategic position, where all mountain passes, leading to the place, can be observed from. Below it the calm in summer river winds, but it is really wild in spring. Its deep pools a the paradise for fish and crabs. You can also bathe in its cool water in torrid summer days.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: We offer you a sweet, well-preserved, brick-built, two-storey house, constructed on stone foundations. The living area of the accommodation is 140 sq. m. It is near the centre of the village. Attached to the house there is an annexe, used as a woodshed. There isn't a bathroom and the toilet, provided with a septic tank, is outdoors. Running water, electricity and telephone were connected in the house. Railings surround the house and its garden. An asphalted road goes past the estate.
FIRST FLOOR: Downstairs has a bedroom, a kitchen, a corridor and a cellar.
SECOND FLOOR: Inner stairs lead to the upper floor, which consists of four rooms and a corridor.
GARDEN: The area of the trim yard is 650 sq.m. There are some flower beds in front of the house. The owners planted a few fruit trees and trellis vines.
