LOCATION:The village of Gavrailovo (Sliven district) is located in South-East Bulgaria. It is part of Sliven Minicipality.Sliven Minisipality is situated in the south-eastern region of Bulgaria. The total living space is 100sq.m. consisting of three rooms, a hall and another room with separate entrance. The toilet is located outside the mansion but our professional team of hight qualified builders can refurbished it inside the house upon your request. There is no bathroom. Running water, electricity and a sewage pit are available in the mansion.
THE GARDEN is disposed on 1000sq.m. It has not been cultivated currently, but is planted with fruit threes and trellis vines. Externally, there is a premise, which was use for keeping animals and for storing some belongings by the former owner. Also in the yard, a garage and another room built next to it, are situated.
