PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: We offer you a villa in excellent order with extremely well-maintained yard in the Villa Estate, a quarter of Sliven with a beautiful view of the rocky massif of Karandila. Here you can feel the freshness and coolness, coming from the mountain. It is a brick-built, two-storey house with 100 sq. m. living space. All the rooms and the bathroom have terracotta flooring and the whole house has nice furniture. The running water, electricity and telephone were connected in the villa. There is a septic tank.
