PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a brick-built and two-storey house. It is situated in the outskirts of the village where a lovely view reveals. Its living area is 70 sq. m. Electricity and water were connected in the house. There is no bathroom and the toilet is an outside one. As a whole the house is in good order and needs only slight repairs. You can use the services of our skillful builders for all necessary renovation. A fence surrounds the house and its garden. An asphalt road passes by the estate.
