PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: A brick-built, two storey house with stone foundations is our offer. Its living area is 80 sq. m. There is no bathroom and the toilet is an outside one. Running water, electricity and a septic tank were provided. An asphalt road goes past the estate. There are sheds in the yard, which were used for storing tools and keeping domestic animals. There is also a barn near the house. A wire fence surrounds the house and its yard. A cherry tree, a fig tree, a peach tree and trellis vines grow near the fence.
