PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer this time is a sweet, adobe, one-storey house, built on stone foundations. Its living area is 60 sq. m., occupied by three rooms and a corridor. A large basement is underneath the house. There is an annexe where a summer kitchen is situated. There isn't a bathroom and the toilet is outdoors. Running water and electricity were connected in the house. There is a septic tank. An asphalt road goes past the estate.
GARDEN: The area of the yard is 1250 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated recently but about 80 fruit trees were planted there.
