LOCATION: The village of Venets is located in South-East Bulgaria and it is part of Karnobat Municipality, Bourgas District. The main road Sofia-Bourgas runs through Karnobat. The town is a railway junction, which connects South to North Bulgaria. The relief is mostly plain furrowed by the Mochuritsa and the Rusokastrenska Valleys. There is a History Museum with a Natural History Section in Karnobat. The Clock Tower, the Black Mosque and the Turkish Bath are some of the architectural sights of the town. There are remains of the medieval castle of Markeli close by. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a snug little house, situated in the quiet outskirts of the village. The cottage is well-kept, brick-built, whitewashed, arranged over one floor. The accommodation has 51 sq. m. living space and comprises two rooms, a kitchen and a corridor. There is an outside toilet, provided with a septic tank, but there isn't a bathroom. The running water and electricity were connected inside. The property is accessed by asphalted road. A wire fence surrounds the house and its yard. As a whole, the house is in good repair but you can rely on our team of competent builders for any renovations.
GARDEN: The yard extends to 840 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated recently. Some trellis vines were planted in front of the house. There are a few farm buildings and a well.
