LOCATION: The village of Venets is located in South-East Bulgaria and it is part of Karnobat Municipality, Bourgas District. The main road Sofia-Bourgas runs through Karnobat. The town is a railway junction, which connects South to North Bulgaria. The relief is mostly plain furrowed by the Mochuritsa and the Rusokastrenska Valleys. There is a History Museum with a Natural History Section in Karnobat. The Clock Tower, the Black Mosque and the Turkish Bath are some of the architectural sights of the town. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a snug little house, situated in the quiet outskirts of the village. The cottage is well-kept, brick-built, whitewashed, arranged over one floor. The accommodation has 51 sq. m. living space and comprises two rooms, a kitchen and a corridor. There is an outside toilet, provided with a septic tank, but there isn't a bathroom. The running water and electricity were connected inside. The property is accessed by asphalted road. A wire fence surrounds the house and its yard. As a whole, the house is in good repair but you can rely on our team of competent builders for any renovations.
GARDEN: The yard extends to 840 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated recently. Some trellis vines were planted in front of the house. There are a few farm buildings and a well.
