PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a single storey house, built of clay and adobe bricks, and situated on the main road from Sofia to Bourgas. The accommodation has 55 sq. m. living area and comprises of an entrance hall, two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. In front of the house there is a patio under a large shelter. A few farm buildings are situated at the rear of the house. Electricity and running water were connected inside. There is a cesspit. You can rely on the assistance of our competent builders for any renovation work.
GARDEN: The yard extends to 900 sq. m. It isn't well maintained but was planted with lots of fruit trees and trellis vines.
