LOCATION: The village of Neikovo is located in South-East Bulgaria and it is part of Kotel Municipality, Sliven District. Here you can enjoy all the rural tourism offers. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: The property we offer you is located on a hill, from which one can see a splendid view of the pastoral neighbourhood and mountain countryside. The living area of this sweet house is 90 sq. m. It is a two-storey one, built of bricks and wood. Attached to the house is an outbuilding, including a larder, a bathroom and a toilet. Water and electricity were provided. As a whole the house is in good condition. If you want to make any changes, you can use the services of our professional builders. An asphalt road passes by the house.
FIRST FLOOR: Downstairs there is one room, where water was supplied, and a larder.
SECOND FLOOR: Outdoor stairs lead to the upper floor where four spacious rooms are situated. One of them is a folk-style room with a nice firepalce.
