PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a solid, brick-built, two-storey house, which is incomplete. The accommodation has 140 sq. m. living area. Running water and electricity were connected inside. There is an outside toilet and two cesspits. An asphalted road goes past the property and a wall encloses it.
FIRST FLOOR: Downstairs has a corridor, five rooms, a kitchenette and a bathroom.
SECOND FLOOR: Outdoor stairs lead to the upper floor, consisting of two spacious, unfinished rooms and a balcony with lovely views across the houses buried in verdure and Blue Mountain surroundings.
GARDEN: The yard extends to 1500 sq. m. It is well maintained and was planted with loads of fruit trees, vegetables and flowers. A well lends some extra charm to the place. It is provided with a pump through which a reservoir is filled with water. In the reservoir, the water is warmed before being used for irrigating. There is a garden sink decked with pebbles and some adobe farm buildings.
