LOCATION: The village of Staro Selo is located in South-East Bulgaria and it is part of Sliven Municipality, Sliven District. Sliven lies at the foot of the Eastern Balkan Mountains. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a cosy, brick-built, one-storey cottage, whose living area is 40 sq. m. The accommodation comprises two rooms, a larder and a corridor. There is a large basement below the house. You can prepare food outside in summer as there is a cookhouse. The house hasn't a bathroom and the toilet, provided with a septic tank, is outdoors. The running water and electricity were connected indoors. A stone fence surrounds the property. An asphalt road passes by it.
GARDEN: The yard is 1800 sq. m. in area. It is well maintained. Lots of fruit trees and vegetables were planted. A well meets irrigation needs. The greenness around the house is like its natural blinds. There are several farm buildings.
