PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: We are pleased to offer you a traditional Bulgarian house, built in the architectural style of the Bulgarian national revival. A spectacular view towards the mountain has the place where the house was built. It is a two-storey house with 150 sq. m. living area. Its construction is a combination of stones, bricks and wood. Electricity and running water were supplied. There is no bathroom and the toilet is an outside one. A gravel road passes by the estate. The house needs basic repairs but our team of professional builders are willing to help you .
FIRST FLOOR: It consists of a hall, a larder and two rooms. There is also a basement.
SECOND FLOOR: External stairs lead to the second floor where two spacious rooms and a lumber room are situated.
GARDEN: The area of the yard is 882 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated recently. Some fruit trees and trellis vines were planted.
