PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer this time is a brick-built, one-storey house whose living area is 110 sq. m. It consists of a glazed entrance hall, three rooms and a corridor. A new two-storey house including the attic is attached to the first one. The bathroom and the toilet are outdoors. Water, electricity and a septic tank were supplied. An asphalt road passes by the estate.
FIRST FLOOR: It comprises of two rooms and a kitchenette.
ATTIC: There are two rooms, one of which is a tavern with a fireplace.
GARDEN: The area of the yard is 2500 sq. m. It is well-maintained. Some trellis vines, vegetables and flowers were planted. Two wells meet irrigation needs. There are some farm buildings.
