PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: The house we offer you is a well-kept, single-storey, brick-built one with 60 sq. m. living area. It is in good condition and doesn't need a lot of repairs, just painting and definitely new furniture. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a corridor. The toilet, provided with a cesspit, is outside the house but there is no bathroom. Inside the house, there is room where a bathroom can be constructed. Water and electricity were supplied.
