PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Both the house and the yard we are pleased to offer you impress with their cleanness and tidiness. The house is a lovely, brick-built, one-storey building with stone foundations. It includes 56 sq. m. living area, occupied by two rooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a spacious veranda. The basement is underneath the house. Attached to the house there is a glazed building where a summer kitchenette and another toilet are situated. A shelter with a fireplace was constructed outdoors. Running water, electricity and a septic tank were provided. An asphalt road passes by the estate. There is a drive. A fence surrounds the house and its yard.
GARDEN: The area of the yard is 1530 sq. m. It is cultivated with great of love. About 30 fruit trees, trellis vines and lots of vegetables are grown. There are also beehives. There is a well supplied with a water pump to complete the pastoral atmosphere. A few farm buildings were built there.
