LOCATION: The village of Nauchene is located in South-East Bulgaria and it is part of Nova Zagora Municipality, Sliven District. Here you can enjoy all the rural tourism offers. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: We offer you two separate houses that share one yard. There is a summehouse in the garden, which makes the place more pleasant. An asphalt road passes by the estate. A fence surrounds the houses and their land.
FIRST HOUSE: It is a brick-built, two-storey house whose living area is 100 sq. m. Downstairs there are three rooms and a corridor. External stairs lead to the second floor, which is identical to the first one. There is not a bathroom and water wasn't supplied. The toilet is an outside one. Attached to the house is an outbuilding, used as a summer kitchen where water was provided.
SECOND HOUSE: It is a brick-built, two-storey house including the attic, which has 30 sq. m. living space. First floor consists of one spacious room and an unfinished one where a bathroom with a toilet can be constructed. Internal stairs lead to the attic where a large room and a balcony are situated. There is no bathroom and the toilet is outside the house. Water, electricity and a septic tank were provided.
GARDEN: The area of the yard is 2000 sq. m. It is well-cultivated. Some trellis vines, vegetables and about 22 fruit trees were planted. A well meets irrigation needs. There are some farm buildings.
The village is very well-developed. There is medical and mobile service, regular bus transport, a post office, shops and cafes.
