LOCATION: The village of Kovachite is located in South-East Bulgaria. It is part of Sliven Municipality. Sliven Municipality is situated in the southeastern region of Bulgaria. Sliven borders Yambol Municipality to the south, Bourgas District to the east, Kotel Municipality to the north, Tvarditsa Municipality to the west and Nova Zagora Municipality to the southwest. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: With pleasure we offer you this massive, brick-built, two-storey house with 140 sq. m. living area. It faces onto an asphalt road. The bathroom and the toilet were constructed next to the house. Water, electricity and a septic tank were supplied. The house has also a basement.
