PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a charming, massive, brick-built house with stable, concrete foundations. The accommodation has 130 sq. m. living area and is arranged over two storeys including the attic. Electricity and running water were connected inside. There is a cesspit. A wall surrounds the property, which is accessed by asphalted road.
FIRST FLOOR: Downstairs has an entrance hall, three spacious rooms, a corridor and a shower room.
ATTIC: Outdoor stairs lead to a large attic area.
GARDEN: The garden extends to 1350 sq. m. When you enter by the gate a garden sink is situated on the left. In front of the property there is patio with a bench. The garden hasn't been cultivated recently. There is a well, provided with a pump through which a reservoir is filled with water. In the reservoir, the water is warmed before being used for irrigating.
OUTSIDE: There are some adobe farm buildings and a wooden bungalow, turned into a pub with a beer garden.
