PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is two, massive, brick-built, two-storey villas in very good order, situated in the outskirts of Sliven. They share one yard. This part of the town is called the Villa Estate and has a beautiful view of the rocky massif of Karandila. You can feel the freshness and coolness, coming from the mountain, in this town quarter. Both villas are 1 km away from the main road but to reach it you have to go along a gravel one. The property is within walking distance of the town. The running water and electricity were connected in the houses.
