PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: The lovely house we offer you is brick-built with stone foundations. This one-storey building was constructed slightly above the ground level. It comprises 70 sq. m. living area, occupied by two spacious rooms, a smaller one and a corridor. The bathroom and the toilet are outdoors. The basement is under the house. Water, electricity and a septic tank were provided.
GARDEN: The area of the yard is 2100 sq. m. Some trellis vines and vegetables were planted. A well meets irrigation needs. There is a farm building.
