The accommodation has 70 sq. m. living area and comprises of two cosy rooms with panelled in wood walls, a kitchenette with a breakfast bar, a tiled bathroom with a toilet, a shower unit and a boiler. Next to the house, there is an outbuilding where a summer kitchen and a long corridor, used for wood storage, are situated. Water, electricity and sewage were connected inside. The property is enclosed by a dry-stone wall and an asphalted road goes past it. A river flows parallel to the road.
