LOCATION: The scenic village of Katounishte is situated in the Eastern Balkan Mountains and is part of Kotel Municipality, Sliven District. The old, Revival-style houses, built of stone and wood, have a large and airy verandas. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: We offer you an old, Revival-style house with stone foundations and lower part, and wooden upper construction. The accommodation has 110 sq. m. living area. Water, electricity and sewage were connected inside. A solid, dry-stone wall encloses the property and an asphalted road passes by it. FIRST FLOOR: There is a spacious room, a smaller one, a pantry, a corridor, and a bathroom with a toilet and a wood-burning boiler.
SECOND FLOOR: Inner stairs lead to the upper floor where four rooms and a corridor are located.
GARDEN: The yard extends to 350 sq. m. Most of it is flagged but some vegetables and fruit trees were planted. There is also a small hothouse. To the left of the house there is a shelter, used for wood storage. In front of the house, on the patio in the shade of the trellis vines, you will spend delightful moments with your family and friends. There are a few solid, stone farm buildings like tool and animal sheds, and a garden sink.
The village of Katounishte has all local amenities such as a medical centre, a mobile network, a post office, regular bus transport to near towns and villages, shops, restaurants and cafes.
