LOCATION: The village of Zlatari is located in Southeast Bulgaria and it is part of Toundzha Municipality, Yambol District. Toundzha Municipality is situated in the South-East of the Thracian Valley and was named after the Toundzha river. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a cosy, one-storey, brick-built cottage in good order. The accommodation has 65 sq. m. living area and comprises of three rooms and a corridor. There is an outside toilet with a septic tank but there isn't a bathroom. Running water and electricity were connected inside. A wire fence encloses the property. A gravel road goes past it. The house needs renovating a bit but you can rely on the assistance of our professional builders for any repair work.
GARDEN: The garden is huge and spreads to 4000 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated recently but some trellis vines and garden flowers were planted in front of the house.
OUTSIDE: There is a garden sink, and a brick-built oven under a shelter in which you can bake your own bread or roast meat. There are some farm buildings. A well meets irrigation needs.
THE VILLAGE: The village of Zlatari has all local amenities such as a medical centre, a mobile network, a petrol station, a post office, shops, cafes and regular bus transport to near villages and towns.
