PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a two-storey, stone-built cottage with stable foundations. The accommodation has 100 sq. m. living area. The bathroom and toilet with a septic tank are outside. Electricity and running water were connected inside. A wire fence encloses the property. It is accessed by asphalted road. The house is in need of repair but with the assistance of our skillful builders it will turn into a charming one with all modern conveniences.
FIRST FLOOR: Downstairs has a hallway and two rooms.
SECOND FLOOR: Outdoor stairs lead to the upper floor, which is identical to the first one. Two more rooms, suitable for living, are situated in an extension to the main house.
GARDEN: The garden spreads to 2500 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated recently but some trellis vines and fruit trees were planted in front of the house.
OUTSIDE: There are a few farm buildings. A well meets irrigation needs.
THE VILLAGE: The village of Zlatari has all local amenities such as a medical centre, a mobile network, a petrol station, a post office, shops, cafes and regular bus transport to near villages and towns.
