PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a well-preserved, two-storey, brick-built house with stable, stone foundations. The accommodation has 150 sq. m. living area. The toilet with a septic tank is outdoors but there isn't a bathroom. Electricity was connected inside. There is a septic tank. The property is enclosed by a wall. An asphalted road goes past it. You can rely on our skillful builders for any renovation work if you think the house is in need of repair.
FIRST FLOOR: Downstairs has a kitchen, a corridor and a pantry.
SECOND FLOOR: Outdoor stairs lead to the upper floor where three cosy rooms, a corridor, and a terrace are situated.
GARDEN: The garden extends to 1300 sq. m. It is well maintained and was planted with about 25 fruit trees, loads of vegetables and trellis vines, and some flowers in front of the house. A well meets irrigation needs.
OUTSIDE: There is a garden sink under a shelter and a few farm buldings. There is a patio, shaded by the slab of the balcony.
