LOCATION: The village of Sokol is located in South-East Bulgaria and it is part of Nova Zagora Municipality, Sliven District. The name of the village means falcon in English. It was named after the large falcon population, met in the area. Here you can enjoy all the rural tourism offers. Two rivers flow past the village so fishing lovers can have fun. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a brick-built, one-storey house with unusual architecture for a country house, situated in the outskirts of the village. It has 70 sq. m. living area and consists of a large basement, three spaciou rooms and a kitchen. Next to the house there is an outbuilding, used as a summer kitchen. There is not a bathroom and the toilet, provided with a septic tank, is outdoors. The running water and electricity were connected in the house. An asphalt road passes by the estate.
GARDEN: The area of the yard is 3000 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated recently. Some fruit trees and trellis vines were planted. There are a few farm buildings. A well meets irrigation needs.
The village of Sokol is very well-developed. There is a medical centre, a mobile network, regular bus transport to near towns and villages, a post office, shops and cafes.
