PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a sweet, brick-built, one-storey house, situated near the centre of the village. The living area of the accommodation is 60 sq. m. It consists of three spacious rooms, a corridor and a large basement. There is not a bathroom and the toilet is outside the house. Running water and electricity were provided. An asphalt road goes past the estate. The house should be repaired internally and externally. We recommend you the professional help of our builders.
GARDEN: The area of the yard is 3000 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated recently. A lot of trellis vines were planted. There are a few barns.
