PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: A nice, brick-built, one-storey house, situated near the centre of the village, is our offer. It is constructed on stone foundations. The living space of the house is 60 sq. m., occupied by an entrance hall, a kitchen, two spacious rooms and a cellar. There isn't a bathroom and the toilet is outdoors. Running water and electricity were connected in the house. A stone fence surrounds the estate and an asphalt road goes past it. The accommodation needs some repairs and for that purpose you can use the services of our professional builders.
GARDEN: The area of the yard is 2000 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated recently. Some fruit trees were planted. There are a few barns.
The village of Radevo is very well-developed. There is medical and mobile service, regular bus transport to near towns and cities, a post office, shops and cafes.
