PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: We offer you a nice cottage, situated near the centre of the village. It is a brick-built, one-storey house with stone foundations. Its living area is 60 sq. m., occupied by three spacious rooms, a corridor and a cellar. There isn't a bathroom and the toilet is an outside one. A stone fence surrounds the house and its garden. An asphalt road goes past the estate.
GARDEN: The area of the yard is 1300 sq. m. It is trim and planted with a lot of trellis vines and some fruit trees and vegetables. A well meets irrigation needs. There are a few farm buildings.
