The accommodation includes an entrance hall, two spacious rooms, a kitchen, a corridor and a cellar. There isn't a bathroom and the toilet is outdoors. Running water and electricity were connected in the house. An asphalt road goes past the estate. As a whole, the house is in good order and needs only slight renovation.
