PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: The house we offer you is situated in the middle of the village. It is a two-storey house built of bricks and stones. It has 70 sq. m. living space. The electricity and running water were connected in the house. There is no bathroom and the toilet is an outside one, provided with a septic tank. A fence surrounds the house and its garden. A gravel road passes by the estate. The house needs general repairs both outside and inside but our team of professional builders are willing to help you and bring it to modern living standard.
FIRST FLOOR: Downstairs there is an entrance hall and three rooms.
SECOND FLOOR: Outdoor stairs leads to the upper floor, which consists of four rooms, connected with a corridor, and a wooden veranda where you can enjoy beautiful mountain scenery.
GARDEN: The area of the yard is 1000 sq. m. A lot of fruit trees were planted. There are some farm buildings.
