It is well-preserved, brick-built, one-storey house with stone foundations. Its living space is 110 sq. m. The house has a large basement, three spacious rooms, a corridor, a kitchen and a veranda. The electricity and running water were connected in the house. There is no bathroom and the toilet is an outside one, provided with a septic tank. A stone fence surrounds the house and its garden. A cobbled road passes by the estate. As a whole the house is in good condition but our team of professional builders are willing to help you if you want any repairs.
