LOCATION: The village of Neikovo is located in South-East Bulgaria and it is part of Kotel Municipality, Sliven District. Here you can enjoy all the rural tourism offers. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: A brick-built, two-storey house is our offer. Its living space is 140 sq. m. It is located near the centre of the village and has a wonderful view of the mountain and the houses in neighbourhood. The electricity and running water were connected in the house. There is a septic tank. There is no bathroom and the toilet is an outside one. Joined to the house is an annexe, used as a summer kitchen. A country road goes past the estate. As a whole the house is in good condition but our team of professional builders are willing to help you if you want any repairs.
FIRST FLOOR: Downstairs there is a kitchen, a corridor and a basement.
SECOND FLOOR: Outdoor stairs lead to the upper floor, which consists of three spacious, cosy rooms.
GARDEN: The area of the yard is 2000 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated recently. There are some farm buildings.
The village is very well-developed. There is medical and mobile service, regular bus transport, a post office, shops and cafes.
