PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: A cosy, single-storey, adobe house is our offer. Its living area is 40 sq. m. The accommodation comprises of an entrance hall and two snug rooms. The toilet with a cesspit is outside the house. There is not a bathroom. Water and electricity were connected inside. A wall surrounds the property and an asphalted road passes by it.
GARDEN: The yard spreads to 1200 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated recently. Some trellis vines were planted in front of the house. There are a few farm buildings and a shelter, used for storage.
