LOCATION: The village of Padarevo is located in South-East Bulgaria and it is part of Kotel Municipality, Sliven District. It is situated at the foot of Chatalbalkan, the westernmost point of the Sungurlarska valley. The climate is moderate continental and it is favourable vine growing, which is the main occupation of the inhabitants, to be developed. The summer is cool and the winter is mild. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: The house we offer you is a sweet, brick-built, two-storey one, situated near the centre of the village, in quiet neighbourhood. It has 90 sq. m. living area. Running water and electricity were connected in the house. There is a septic tank. A wire fence surrounds the estate. An asphalt road passes by the estate. As a whole the house is in good condition and needs only slight repairs. For that purpose you can use the services of our competent builders.
